At Joint Custody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
