Vintage Metallica With Michael Kamen "S&M" T-Shirt
In 1999, Bay Area thrash metal legends Metallica did something completely different. After bringing their relentlessly fast and ferocious music to people for over a decade and a half, they teamed up with Michael Kamen, an accomplished conductor, to arrange their songs for an orchestral setting. The band and Kamen performed them at the Berkeley Community Theater in April and released it on CD later that November. The album, which was entitled S&M (for Symphony and Metallica), went on to be certified five-times Platinum. This original and rare Metallica shirt, in great condition, is from the 1999 release of S&M.Â
