The Rival Mob were a hardcore band from Boston formed in 2007. The band featured members of some of the most important and well-respected Boston bands in recent history, like Mind Eraser, No Tolerance, Free Spirit, and Mental. Rival Mob released a few tapes and EPs on various labels over the course a few years and quickly became one of the more popular bands on the scene. They would be put on every fest and get a good reaction and still be able to play a democore show. They released Raw Life, their debut 12" EP, on Lockin' Out Records in 2009.
